Being Covid safe on our trips

Although the risk level from COVID-19 has dropped with the new omicron variant we still are operating in a climate of varying restrictions and infection rates in the countries we operate in. Therefore we still recommend that our guidance I see below is followed by a trip participants until further notice because although the risk to you as an individual may be low you may have other members of the trip who feel uneasy or have other issues which put them at heightened risk following these guidelines will also help ensure that we all get to the end of the trip.

  • Keep physical distance of at least 1 metre from others, even if they don’t appear to be sick. Avoid crowds and close contact.
  • Wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible and in poorly ventilated settings.
  • Clean your hands frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • evrey one must take a latral flow test dalye and if develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, self-isolate until you recover.
