Day 1. Malvern - Ludlow. Distance 61 Miles. Driving Time 2 hours

Option 1- Stay overnight at the Colwall Park Hotel in Malvern.
Option 2 – Rendez-vous at The Morgan Car Factory 09:30. The tour starts with a visit to the factory to watch the traditional methods used in the manufacturing process. Following the factory tour we will take lunch in the town and then head to Ludlow via the Hill Climb course at Shelsey Walsh and then check into the hotel we will use for the duration of the tour, Fishmore Hall where we will convene for a welcome dinner (included in the costs).

Day 2. Ludlow - Ludlow. Distance: 144 miles. Driving Time 4 hours

After breakfast the plan is to drive south towards Leominster and Hereford following the Wye Valley stopping for morning break in Monmouth and then to the ruins of Tintern Abbey at lunch time.
In the afternoon we will head back to Ludlow via Abergavenny and across the Brecon Beacons passing through Hay-on Wye for afternoon tea. There is no planned evening meal on this day so you will need to make your own booking either in the hotel or in one of the restaurants in the town.

Day 3. Ludlow - Ludlow. Distance: 153 miles. Driving Time 5 hours

Starting from Ludlow we head towards Aberystwyth, to take in some stunning coastal views of Cardigan Bay then move inland to cross devils Bridge and enjoy the challenging roads and breathtaking views of the unspoilt Cambrian mountains of mid-wales towards Newtown and Lentwardine, stopping en route at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Machynlleth, and arriving late afternoon back at our base in Ludlow.
There is no planned evening meal on this day so you will need to make your own booking either in the hotel or in one of the restaurants in the town

Day 4. Ludlow - Ludlow. Distance: 75 miles. Driving Time 2.5 hours

The morning is yours to do what you will in this historic town, take a walk around the Norman Castle, or sample the delights of the market and other specialist food emporia that this town has become renowned for. In the afternoon there is an optional local drive to take in the view from the top of Clee Hill, then across country to Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and then down the A49 through the Long Mynd, Church Stretton and Craven Arms, and back for a farewell dinner at the tour Hotel.

Day 5. Ludlow - Stow on the Wold. Distance: 65 miles. Driving Time 2.5 hours

On this the final day of the tour, we head south toward Leominster and Ledbury, arriving for Lunch at Stow on the Wold, having followed the stunning road from Tewkesbury. Following lunch, the group disperses home looking forward to what the next year will bring tour wise.

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel your trip at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person who signed the booking form and is communicated in writing. As this incurs administration costs we will retain the deposit and in addition will apply cancellation charges as shown below:

More than 70 days full deposit retained

More than 42 days 50% of booking total charged

More than 21 days 75% of booking total charged 20 days or less 100% of booking total charged

If you are obliged to cancel, you may, with reasonable notice, transfer your booking to a third party who satisfies the conditions required to take the tour. However, we will retain your deposit to cover the administration costs and pass on any additional fees levied as a result of the transfer. Certain tours may attract different cancellation fees. You will be advised accordingly during the booking process.
